May of 2006, my wife and I purchased a RainSoft water treatment system from Tri State Water. The first thing is the drinking water. Whether hot or iced for tea or coffee, you can taste the difference right away. Because the system removes harmful deposits the shower and tub are a lot cleaner which means no more toxic cleaning agents. We all could feel the difference in the smoothness of our skins and softness of our hair, especially in the winter when my skin use to be dry from working outside in the cold. The many RainSoft products which we received also have had a lot to do with success of the system.

 

Next I would like to say how Tri State Water has provided me with excellent service from the beginning. Whether they are calling to see if I need salt or to remind me it is time to change filters. They did not sell me a system and forget about me. I would highly recommend RainSoft and Tri State Water to anyone.

We had a RainSoft Water Treatment System installed mid October 2006.

After the laundry was washed with the treatment system I stopped itching.

The shower is easier to keep clean.

The water spots have virtually disappeared from the Dinnerware, Silverware, Glasses, and Pots and Pans.

This is one of the BEST INVESTMENTS I have made.

It’s been almost 6 months since we made the decision to have the RainSoft Water Treatment System installed in our home. I purchased a complete RainSoft water treatment system from Tri State Water about 6 months ago. I would like to say that I am very pleased with this water system.

 

When taking showers and even washing my hands, the soft and clean feeling I get is very nice. I have had many relatives visit my home and spend the night, when they took a shower; all of them had something to say about how great it felt to shower at my house. That made me feel good and glad I had purchased this water system.

 

My laundry feels much cleaner and smells very good, when doing dishes in the dishwasher all the dishes look clean and shiny, no spots.

 

I think I made a very good investment, I also feel that my money was well spent.

We have had our unit for a little bit over three months and we have noticed many changes since installation. Our water tastes remarkably better! Now we don’t rent a water dispenser any longer. We no longer need it. Our water tastes wonderful.

At first when I received the call for someone to come and do a water test, I knew it was obviously selling something, and when the guy came and tested our water I was somewhat impressed, my husband even more so. During the “sales talk” I was skeptical.

 

Within two days the system was in place, right away we saw, felt and drank “the new water”. As far as showers, we have all seen an improvement in our skin. The drinking water is great, and I believe our clothes are cleaner.

 

We’ve just come back from vacation, which was great, but we couldn’t wait to shower again without the dryness in our skin. If we are ever moving house, it will be first on our list to come with us. We wouldn’t trade it!

Words truly cannot express the difference the RainSoft Water System has made in the water we now have at our disposal. We have had the system in our home for about two years now and, honestly, I cannot imagine how we were without one prior.

 

Within weeks after having the system installed, the first difference I notices was the fluffiness of our towels. I couldn’t believe how soft and supple they were. This was probably compounded by the fact that my skin was softer too. I absolutely LOVE having clean, reverse-osmosis drinking water at the tap as well. We are not big soda drinkers. We brew tea almost daily and now that the summer months are here, we make lemonade by the gallon. Friends and neighbors constantly comment how delicious everything is, including our coffee.

 

The most amazing thing worth noting is my husbands “no-longer” dandruff problem. The RainSoft Water System was the cure. I never dreamed that he’d be able to get away with using Suave. The amount of money we saved on purchasing commercial shampoo versus the very expensive dandruff shampoo is definitely worth noting.

 

I’d also like to applaud the Tri State Water Company. They call annually to make sure that the unit is properly maintained and do the necessary servicing to keep the unit running in tip-top shape. They are courteous and prompt and always make it a point to leave things exactly as they have found them.

We have had this RainSoft System for three months now and it is great!

Our skin feels softer; our clothes cleaner, and the water tastes great. I was a bottled water and filter drinker and know I will not even look at bottle water anymore. I take my water threw the tap.

Everyone that comes into my home and drinks the water can’t get over the difference of the taste.

We purchased the RainSoft Water System about two months ago. I must admit that at first, I was a little adamant because of the extra expense I had estimated this would incur in our budget. Within two weeks, I was already convinced of the savings this purchase had represented. Not to mention the great tasting and safe water we obtain with just a turn of the faucet.

At work, I used to spend at least a dollar a day, purchasing distilled water to drink with my lunch at work. This immediately posed a saving of $20.00 a month. We don’t have to bother with the frequent trips to the supermarket to purchase large bottles of water both for cooking and drinking. In a family of four, including two teenagers, a lot of money is spent on water. The water tastes so fresh, that we do not need to refrigerate it.

The water system frees the water of minerals that makes it hard. This water is so soft, that it is even therapeutic. My children and I have very dry skin, and continuously need to moisturize it with intensive therapeutic lotion. With our water system, we don’t have to apply the lotion as often as before. I remember the soles of my feet were so dry and hard, that I was embarrassed to have a pedicure. After merely two months, I can appreciate the tremendous improvement.

The products that the company provides along with the water system are also great. I have saved a lot of money on laundry detergent, and don’t even have to use water softener. The all purpose cleaner is my favorite. It makes it so much easier and faster to clean the bath tub, tiles, and even kitchen appliances. The supply of these products along with shampoo, dishwashing detergent, and bathing soap bars poses a great deal of savings.

I would strongly recommend this water treatment system. It may seem very expensive at first. But if you consider the savings it will provide, you will see that the difference between the money you will have to pay for the system, and the amount of money spent monthly on the features it offers is not much. Imagine how much more savings you will have after the water system is paid up. Most importantly of all is the quality of the water. The security of safe, great tasting water outweighs everything else.

I have wanted to write this letter for quite some time but never seemed to get around to it.

 

I want to extend my thanks to you and your company for the installation and follow-up service of my RainSoft water treatment system. I must admit that I really had no intentions of purchasing the system when your salesman, Ed Palmer, first came by. Ed, besides being a nice guy, was very persuasive. However, the most important selling point of your system was not anything that Ed told us about. As with any product, it was your reputation that sold us. We had heard nothing but good things about the RainSoft system and Ed’s demonstration reinforced our trust.

 

After purchasing the system, I was having some second thoughts. However, after the installation of the system, we found that it was every bit as good as advertised. Our clothes were softer and cleaner, there was a noticeable difference in our showers, and our drinking water tasted better…much to the displeasure of Poland Spring!

 

Although we are very satisfied with our RainSoft system, what has impressed us even more is your service. After installation you followed up with us to make sure everything was all right. When we did have a minor problem (a dripping drinking water faucet), you personally came out to replace it. Most importantly, you answered all of our questions regarding the system and made sure we were comfortable with using it.

RainSoft is a pricey whole house system but in our opinion has been a great buy. We got it because we live in New Jersey with generally crappy Jersey water. Since we have two children, we were concerned about water quality. It cost a few thousand to install the system, but we haven’t had to worry about water quality since that moment. The pure RainSoft water coming out of the tap actually lifts stains out of our carpet just like the salesperson said it would! And the soft water has been easy on our clothes and we don’t have to hassle with bottled water anymore.

Once you get over the cost, it has made a big difference in the quality of everything affected by water. Dishes and glasses come out cleaner, no spots or film. Our skin is not dry anymore. Water tastes much better. No need to buy bottled water anymore. If you’re a tea or coffee drinker, taste is so much better.

We had the Tri State Water RainSoft system installed in November of 2004. Prior to installing the system our children had severe eczema. We were concerned with the quality of our drinking water and how it affected our health. My husband and I are very happy with our RainSoft Water Treatment and Air Cleaning System, which we had installed a few weeks ago.

 

I must say I was skeptical.

 

My skin becomes so dry in the winter due to our hot air heating. In the past, I have always had to lather my arms with lotion and I also was given a prescription for a cream to relieve the problem.

 

So far I have not had to use either the lotion or the medication.

 

Your cleaning products are just as good if not better than those we have purchased from the store. My husband is extremely thankful not to have to lug all those extra products when we do our food shopping.

 

Most important, I am content to know that our drinking water is purer and safer!

 

All in all I would say, we are getting our moneys worth in more ways than one.

We are very much satisfied with the quality of our water in the house. It tastes good and it is very soft. My skin is much softer now and I stopped having some dermalogical problems that I had in past. The same with my kids.

The only problem I think, is the service charge is high.

When we received the letter from our town stating the water wasn’t safe, I was in a panic. Then we received a telephone call from you asking if we wanted our water tested. We immediately set up an appointment. The salesman was very helpful in answering all of our questions. He explained with this system our water would be safer not only for cleaning and drinking, but also for bathing which were major concerns for us. We have had your RainSoft Water Treatment System for eight months. We are very glad we bought the system, as our water is very hard.

The first thing we noticed was the lack of chemical smells from the running water as it flowed out of the faucet. This makes the water more appealing to drink straight from the faucet. We used to have the Brita water filtration system and now we don’t have to use it anymore. We have two Labradors who drink a lot of water. Since we have had your system, they now drink twice as much.

When taking a shower, we noticed our hair and skin being softer.

We have a hot tub and used to get lime deposits on the sensor and in the tub, that has greatly been reduced. We use to get mineral deposits on the shower and faucet heads which no longer occur.

The humidifier we use developed mineral deposits on the heating element. We had to soak it for 24 hours in Lime Away to remove it. We no longer have to do that.

We also enjoy the soaps and detergents given to us. We are saving money because we are still using your products.

We have also had a great response when we called regarding problems we had resetting the unit after adding salt tablets. The people we spoke with talked us through the process to help us reset the unit.
