When we received the letter from our town stating the water wasn’t safe, I was in a panic. Then we received a telephone call from you asking if we wanted our water tested. We immediately set up an appointment. The salesman was very helpful in answering all of our questions. He explained with this system our water would be safer not only for cleaning and drinking, but also for bathing which were major concerns for us. It’s been almost a month now and we really see a significant difference in our water. I would highly recommend RainSoft Water Treatment System.

We have had your RainSoft Water Treatment System for eight months. We are very glad we bought the system, as our water is very hard.
The first thing we noticed was the lack of chemical smells from the running water as it flowed out of the faucet. This makes the water more appealing to drink straight from the faucet. We used to have the Brita water filtration system and now we don’t have to use it anymore. We have two Labradors who drink a lot of water. Since we have had your system, they now drink twice as much.
When taking a shower, we noticed our hair and skin being softer.
We have a hot tub and used to get lime deposits on the sensor and in the tub, that has greatly been reduced. We use to get mineral deposits on the shower and faucet heads which no longer occur.
The humidifier we use developed mineral deposits on the heating element. We had to soak it for 24 hours in Lime Away to remove it. We no longer have to do that.
We also enjoy the soaps and detergents given to us. We are saving money because we are still using your products.
We have also had a great response when we called regarding problems we had resetting the unit after adding salt tablets. The people we spoke with talked us through the process to help us reset the unit.

We have had our RainSoft filters installed since March of 2002. At the time we had 2 children and the youngest had a severe case of eczema. Soon after we had the filters installed we noticed that his skin was really starting to clear up. We were also able to use fewer products on his skin due to the softer water. We are not sure if the system helped but we sure know it didn’t hurt.
