I have wanted to write this letter for quite some time but never seemed to get around to it.

 

I want to extend my thanks to you and your company for the installation and follow-up service of my RainSoft water treatment system. I must admit that I really had no intentions of purchasing the system when your salesman, Ed Palmer, first came by. Ed, besides being a nice guy, was very persuasive. However, the most important selling point of your system was not anything that Ed told us about. As with any product, it was your reputation that sold us. We had heard nothing but good things about the RainSoft system and Ed’s demonstration reinforced our trust.

 

After purchasing the system, I was having some second thoughts. However, after the installation of the system, we found that it was every bit as good as advertised. Our clothes were softer and cleaner, there was a noticeable difference in our showers, and our drinking water tasted better…much to the displeasure of Poland Spring!

 

Although we are very satisfied with our RainSoft system, what has impressed us even more is your service. After installation you followed up with us to make sure everything was all right. When we did have a minor problem (a dripping drinking water faucet), you personally came out to replace it. Most importantly, you answered all of our questions regarding the system and made sure we were comfortable with using it.

RainSoft is a pricey whole house system but in our opinion has been a great buy. We got it because we live in New Jersey with generally crappy Jersey water. Since we have two children, we were concerned about water quality. It cost a few thousand to install the system, but we haven’t had to worry about water quality since that moment. The pure RainSoft water coming out of the tap actually lifts stains out of our carpet just like the salesperson said it would! And the soft water has been easy on our clothes and we don’t have to hassle with bottled water anymore.

Once you get over the cost, it has made a big difference in the quality of everything affected by water. Dishes and glasses come out cleaner, no spots or film. Our skin is not dry anymore. Water tastes much better. No need to buy bottled water anymore. If you’re a tea or coffee drinker, taste is so much better.

We had the Tri State Water RainSoft system installed in November of 2004. Prior to installing the system our children had severe eczema. We were concerned with the quality of our drinking water and how it affected our health. After having the whole house system installed our children’s eczema cleared up, the taste of our water has been so much better and better for our health too.

My husband and I are very happy with our RainSoft Water Treatment and Air Cleaning System, which we had installed a few weeks ago.

 

I must say I was skeptical.

 

My skin becomes so dry in the winter due to our hot air heating. In the past, I have always had to lather my arms with lotion and I also was given a prescription for a cream to relieve the problem.

 

So far I have not had to use either the lotion or the medication.

 

Your cleaning products are just as good if not better than those we have purchased from the store. My husband is extremely thankful not to have to lug all those extra products when we do our food shopping.

 

Most important, I am content to know that our drinking water is purer and safer!

 

All in all I would say, we are getting our moneys worth in more ways than one.

We are very much satisfied with the quality of our water in the house. It tastes good and it is very soft. My skin is much softer now and I stopped having some dermalogical problems that I had in past. The same with my kids.

The only problem I think, is the service charge is high.

Otherwise I’m glad that the RainSoft system was installed.
