We have had your RainSoft Water Treatment System for eight months. We are very glad we bought the system, as our water is very hard.

The first thing we noticed was the lack of chemical smells from the running water as it flowed out of the faucet. This makes the water more appealing to drink straight from the faucet. We used to have the Brita water filtration system and now we don’t have to use it anymore. We have two Labradors who drink a lot of water. Since we have had your system, they now drink twice as much.

When taking a shower, we noticed our hair and skin being softer.

We have a hot tub and used to get lime deposits on the sensor and in the tub, that has greatly been reduced. We use to get mineral deposits on the shower and faucet heads which no longer occur.

The humidifier we use developed mineral deposits on the heating element. We had to soak it for 24 hours in Lime Away to remove it. We no longer have to do that.

We also enjoy the soaps and detergents given to us. We are saving money because we are still using your products.

We have also had a great response when we called regarding problems we had resetting the unit after adding salt tablets. The people we spoke with talked us through the process to help us reset the unit.

We have had our RainSoft filters installed since March of 2002. At the time we had 2 children and the youngest had a severe case of eczema. Soon after we had the filters installed we noticed that his skin was really starting to clear up. We were also able to use fewer products on his skin due to the softer water. I want to thank you for introducing me to the RainSoft water system. I have had the system in my home for 2 ½ weeks, and am excited about all of the changes I have seen.

 

First, my clothes appear brighter, and my white nursing sweater is white again: something that bleach could not do. My linens that are line dried no longer feel hard and crunchy.

 

My skin is not itchy anymore, and I can see a difference in the dryness of my skin and that of my children.

 

My dishes are much cleaner and don’t have spots anymore. We had considered new dishwasher, but the Rain Soft water system did the trick.

 

Most importantly is the quality of the water that my family and I are drinking and using to cook. When I saw how much sediment was in my drinking water, I did not want to drink water anymore. I have increased the amount of water that I drink, and the flavor of the water has improved greatly.

As you know, we have been distilling our water for years which is a very time-consuming method of purifying water. The reverse osmosis system is so efficient (it just comes right out of the spigot) and is excellent drinking water!

            Thank you for installing our RainSoft Water Treatment System. We have been using it for about four weeks now and have noticed some nice changes in our water.

 

            I have been able to eliminate the use of fabric softener in my clothes washer. The laundry detergent you supplied us does a nice job of cleaning our clothes. With two very active boys and a pre-teen girl in the house, the detergent has been put to the test. Since I do quite a bit of wash, I am pleased that I can save money by not buying the fabric softener.

 

            My children have started drinking more water now that the taste is better. Since my husband and I believe in drinking water rather than sodas and sugary drinks, we are happy that they enjoy the water. Knowing the water is free from chemicals and unnecessary minerals puts us at ease with the health factor.

 

            My son and I tend to have very dry skin in the winter months. I am slowly noticing a difference after I get out of the shower. My skin is not as tight or dry as it was before we had RainSoft installed. My son also has not complained of dry, itchy skin. He always fought me about putting on lotion, so now this is a relief for him and myself.

 

            Overall, my family and I have found the RainSoft System to be a good investment. We look forward to many years of healthy living.
